Mortgage

We met with Matt to discuss him assisting us with our mortgage renewal to find the best rates. We met with him before moving abroad as our mortgage was set to renew while living abroad. He was very friendly at our first meeting and agreed to help us. After our initial communication, Matt took days to weeks to answer our emails after several follow up emails, would not return our phone calls, and only ultimately returned our phone calls after our mortgage renewal deadline. He communicated poorly and untimely to our correspondence and did not live up to the services that he agreed he would help us out with. We would've been fine if he told us he wouldn't be able to assist us but he committed and fell through on all aspects of his commitment.

When my wife and I were considering a jump into real estate investment, we needed to find a mortgage broker who could help us achieve our goals. Lindsay came very highly recommended by our real estate agent. We met with Lindsay and she was immediately a pleasure to work with. She was engaging and professional from the start. After having a conversation with her she understood what our goals were and set out a plan that would work for us. Lindsay was instrumental in helping us to secure 7 rental properties, and we recommend her to anyone and everyone we can!!!

absolutely terrible. The mortgage broker lied to us and told us our approval was done, then it turned out that he had not yet even submitted our documents to the bank. We tried complaining to his manager Jim Black ( short weasel of a guy who looks like charlie brown) and he was totally useless. He admitted that his employee had screwed up but did nothing to make up for the thousands of dollars that we feel we lost. We plan to file a formal complaint against them with the real estate board and probably sue them for the money they cost us. Complete amateurs and terrible service. Will not recommend them at all!!!

Great for business banking!

We had a friend refer us to Eli when we decided to buy a home. After our first meeting with Eli we could already tell that we were in good hands. When he told us the interest rate he had gotten for us we couldn't believe it! The 2 banks we deal with couldn't even come close to a rate this low. Eli was very up front and professional from start to finish. We will definitely use Eli again!

Ryan was very helpful during the process of trying to buy a house. He got the job done quick and we had face to face conversations which meant a lot.

Yes they do run shorter hours then most banks now days but there service is great. They all know me by name and do what ever is possible to help me out. My mortgage is there and rate is fantastic.
