Made a deposit in cash at ATM. On day three of trying to get it corrected and this branch has no clue how to help a customer. They want you to help them find your deposit. Blamed on the storm even though they had full power on the day of this deposit. They put you off on a 800 number who is just says we are working to correct problem with not ETA or explanation. The deposit was small but if they cannot keep up with that why would i stay a customer to have them "accidentally" loose bigger monies. Looking for a new bank because this is horrible.
