The team at Hawaii Best Loans LLC are absolutely incredible to work with. They were very patient and thorough in explaining the Hawaii mortgage process. They took care of everything and answered for all the questions. I would highly recommend this Hawaii mortgage company to anyone.

Initially great, very responsive. This was our first home buy and our agent was excellent at getting pre-approved to buy our first home. The process was made streamlined and very easy thanks to their expertise. The front of the house seems great. The issues began AFTER we purchased our home. It has been a month now since we have attempted to change my wife's name on the Loan (documents) and add myself on the loan as an authorized rep. We have contacted their front of the house weekly via emails and phone calls. I have personally gone down to their office because we were unable to reach them via phone/email for 5 days (including the weekend), at that time I dropped off the necessary paperwork. The paperwork was transferred to the SERVICING DEPARTMENT and this is where everything stops. This is the fourth week of this and still no resolution. I have repeated asked if I could go down to the Servicing department myself, but was told that it was not necessary. They will be soon selling our loan and we look forward to a new home loan company. I will continue to contact them as I have called them today to leave a message. I will update this if they resolve this issue for us. - Kai

This was my first experience refinancing anything! Is it a long process? You bet. Is it a confusing process? It sure is! But, and this is a true blue testimonial, thanks to Yobi, Andrew and the whole Netlending team this experience was smooth, simple and fantastic. The Netlending team got back to me immediately with any question I may have had. We are on the mainland, but the time difference didn't matter, they were always there for us.
