Mortgage

Worked with Steve Nipius now on my mortgage application, and boy did he ever go many extra miles for me. As a small business owner myself, I really appreciate when another business takes a couple hours out of their busy day to answer all my questions. I sent him like 30 questions, not your usual 5 or 6, and he responded within 24 hours thoroughly and understandably Highly suggested. Had a MUCH better feel with this business than the chartered banks, who kind of seem too big to care about you

Justin helped my husband and me purchase our 2nd home together and our experience was way beyond our expectations. We spoke with our bank first and we weren't convinced they were treating us as well as they could with respect to rate, even though we've both banked there for over 10 years. We called Justin and ended up going with a different lender that not only had a better rate, it had better flexibility for repayment. Justin could have even beat our bank's rate offer at the same bank!! This was our first time using a mortgage broker and it was so easy, we moved into our new place in February and couldn't be happier. We highly recommend calling Averbach Mortgages before finalizing your mortgage.

Darcy made the business of securing a mortgage smooth and hassle-free. With the stress of buying and selling and moving, this was something we could leave up to a professional and trust that it was handled properly. He was also very friendly, thoughtful and responsive. Thanks!
