Alex was super easy to work with, really friendly and explained everything every step of the way. Getting text and email updates on how things were going and what stages we were at was really helpful. And being able to do everything online or over the phone made our busy schedules not something that was in the way of getting our mortgage done. I don't think its really possible to edit praise, no matter how lengthy especially if its well deserved; I cannot say how grateful I am for Greg Ero. Its a different world and a simple email changed our lives forever. Kudos to Greg for polite and professional follow up. Never any pressure and a willingness to help despite my wife and I didn't really know what to do yet. Answering all of our questions and laying out all of our options, making sure everything was clear and concise to put our minds at ease. Our situation was unique as everybody has a story and a life, that didn't stop Greg from going to bat for us. I appreciate the service and efficiency of getting to clients in a timely manner. No long lineups like other locations and welcoming atmosphere.

This is the worst banking location ever! Only 3 people and took us 30 mins waitting! The staff dont really pay attention to their customers at all, they just chatting and walk around! Never come here again!

Stephanie was professional and very, very personable. I warned her that I needed someone to take my hand and guide me through the process of buying my first home so she and my realtor ensured I had everything taken care of and I was buying something I could actually afford. Stephanie even went that little bit further with my mortgage when she spent extra time and effort to get an unusual bank fee waived.
