Great love them

The worst experience I ever had. Started with the quote saying there would be wardrobe supplied and three man to move that being two guys and the owner in the truck packing - did have one more person show up for a very short period. Took a lot longer than expected which cost me more. It's was a small basement apartment and the truck that was supplied was not able to take everything, they would have gotten the rest for more time and money. I paid for a mover being a single mom and I was left to move the remaining items and sick with the influenza flu, was not happy. To make things worse a lot of my furniture was damaged over 10 items. A call was made to the owner who was very very unprofessional - pretty well told me I was a liar. Asked me if I had before pictures to prove the damages - oh didn't know that was a prerequisite like really. I was also left with dirty carpets which I had to deal with - they were asked three times to lay blankets down but the way it should of been done. I felt so bad for the two boys feeling hot and tired and hungry I went out and bought them a pizza and drinks. Owners wife very pleasant to deal with but it was the owner I dealt with and no so nice on the phone and hung up on me.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I used their service. When I received my stuff, I wasn't able to verify all the stuff which was packed inside the boxes as I wasn't present when movers came to pickup the stuff. Later on, I found out that my iPad and an SLR camera was missing. It's clear that those items were removed and stuff was packed again, as my friend told me he explicitly told movers what he's putting inside. Camera was removed cleverly leaving the camera bag and peripherals intact (which would give you an idea that camera is there at first). I was a late in sending them an email but I didn't get a reply. One word for them, THIEVES, literally. This was my first experience with movers in states and a very bad one. Lesson learnt. Guys, read the reviews beforehand.

Very disappointed to have been quoted a rate of $648 over the phone for a 3br, fully furnished 1200sq ft home only for that rate to nearly triple to $1750 once the sales rep came into my home. We are by no means hoarders or over crowded in this house. I feel their deceptive "get the sales man in the house" practices lost me an entire week finding an affordable moving company.

These guys are the best. Life storage loves them!

The lady who runs the place was nice and upgrades our storage unit and gave us 2 free months of storage

Had Attuned Moving move a piano and numerous bins and other items to a condo in Toronto June 2018. They were prompt (early even), loaded all items quickly and professionally and drove and unloaded in Toronto in an extremely timely fashion. Were very, very pleased and would recommend this company any time!
