I called my 83 year old mother and asked her to fill the quote form on the website. She had little trouble and I followed up with a call to set up the move from Canadian Lakes to Canton. The guys not only got there on time, they had a second truck from a job in Traverse city come by and help (at no additional charge). They made my parents feel at ease and finished the move first thing in the morning. Really appreciated the extra effort!

Last week, Robert, Jeremiah and Tyler moved my parents to their new home. We were completely satisfied with the experience. The crew was friendly, polite and always kept my parents informed of what they were doing. You exceeded our expectations and used great care in protecting the floors and their furniture, so that nothing was damaged. We would highly recommend this company to everyone!

Pro's - I've used the company for a few very difficult heavy equipment moves. This company can get the job done safely and with the right equipment. Crews are very professional. Con's - You'll need to liaise with their main site foreman who, in my opinion, has a serious God complex, enjoys playing politics and lacks some basic people skills.

Never used a moving company before. It was hard to differentiate these companies before you use them. Had a lot of stuff that needed to be moved with two small kids. From start to finish these guys were honest, up front genuine and PROFESSIONAL! This was hands down the best money I have ever spent. They did what they said and went beyond to make sure this experience was great and our expectations met. There was one small item that had been slightly damaged in the move (naturally) they came to our home and replaced it with a brand new like item immediately. Dishonest people, lack of professionalism, it's a service, own the problem and quit deflecting the issue to another department, learn to return phone calls.

Delivery and pick-ups were on time. Friendly drivers. If you fill the truck you cannot get the ramp stored on it. (Not enough room). Call for separate ramp pick-up. Most importantly, secure the load inside. Trip from Michigan to Florida tossed many things around even after carefully packed and secured. Center of trailer gets the least pounding. Overall would use again!

Brent and his team were just amazing. Efficient, reasonable, and totally professional. What amazed me the most is that we discovered after the move that, through no fault of TLC's, we'd missed a few boxes, and Brent offered for his team to come and pick them up and bring them into storage for us at no extra charge. Just AMAZING service and quality of work, highly highly recommended!
