I had an excellent experience! Very clean and safe facility, friendly and accommodating office staff. I would definitely recommend Apple Storage and/or use it again.

Email response was quick to answer any questions I had, the tracking function was easy to use and accurate, and the car got shipped on the exact date that was anticipated. The pick-up went smoothly though I couldn't be there, and all looks good! This was my first time shipping a car (from Vancouver to Toronto), and I was pleased with this service.

Réservé un taxi une semaine à l’avance. On m’assure au téléphone qu’il n’y a pas de problème. Que le service en « 24h »... rappeler le soir avant pour confirmer que la réservation est toujours ok, on me dit oui sans problème. Le propriétaire appele a minuit pendant que je dors pour canceller mon taxi. Qui doit me prendre pour 4h du matin. Aucunement fiable comme service a déconseiller

I moved from Nova Scotia to Ontario, 3 years ago. this mover had me in limbo for 6 weeks, with a weeks worth of clothes. ( ladies you know how that would suck ). my house full of belongings were put in storage , due to the excuss the other 2 families on the truck, backed out. Found this out after week 2 of waiting I finally recieved my belongings ,after arguing with this company over the phone, from a nice truck driver from Newfoundland named Glen. After 3 years, its looking like I'm moving back to the Maritimes and would like to use the same Glen truck driver. I called WL stewart to obtain the mans last name, and was rudly told by wally no, I don't want you hAVING THIS NAME , WHAT DO YOU WANT ? .. is this anyway to treat a former disappointedand royally screwed over customer ??? wow !, unbelievable service. stay far away from this idiot.

Nice 24hr access with nice big units for a reasonable price

It was an awful experience when they charged me more than it was agreed. + rude customer service. My opinion - stay away from Charlottetown UHaul. And the Discount (another rent a truck company) is cheaper ;)
