I came to Unik nails for a gel nail set and I loved my experience. The owner is a sweetheart and made my experience that much better. She is fast and does gorgeous work. My nails feel so natural and light! The quality is beautiful and she now has a client for life.

After years of visiting this business in both locations off and on, I have to say I was highly disappointed this past weekend. I booked a special time for my daughter and I to get a mani and pedi. The owner (I know for sure) greeted us rudely, seemed very annoyed that I wanted my daughter to have the mani/pedi experience, and insisted I only asked for a polish. So I settled on that; She only received a quick file and a 2-minute polish job which was $30. After $100 in total and less than 40 minutes of time spent on our relaxing time, there was no acknowledgment or even a goodbye or thank you. The nail polish for our manicure was all chipped off in less than 48 hours on both of us. I am disappointed, to say the least; I have spent a great deal of money over the years there and have no idea why it was such poor customer service. I will not be returning!

Winnie replaced my acrylic nails today and gave me a brand new set and they haven’t looked this beautiful in what feels like forever! She is very attentive and kind, not to mention amazing at what she does. Dynasty Nails is one of the nicest, most professional salons in London with very reasonable prices.

Loved my experience!! I wasn't expecting it to be in a house, or in their basement, but it made it cozier but still professional. I took my 3.5yr old, who actually got to play with their daughter after she finished her nails, which was so sweet. I've never met more friendly nail salon estheticians. She kept asking me if I was happy with the shape and colour as we went along (and I even changed my colour one nail in, as I didn't like it). So yah...I will be going back! @thelittlest3

The lady with blonde dyed hair was very unpleasant and rude (cussed and flipped her finger) to a Canada Post employee when picking up mail from the red box. For some reason, she thinks she owns the space in front of her store and wrongfully thinks it's for her customers alone. Please be aware.
