I made an appt to have a mani pedi for 1 pm. Was so looking forward to it. I did not have to wait. Great! I opted for the spa mani pedi which was $55 and was to include exfoliation and a hot stone massage. Never in my life have I had a pedicure last 15 minutes! Quick soak, cut nails, quick cuticle check, barely exfoliated, stones rubbed on my legs once on each side, polish put on. No nail cleaning, no foot massage nothing. Then my manicure was done as I sat in my pedicure seat. He didn't even take off my old clear polish till I mentioned it, cut off all nails, quick emery board no shaping, no cleaning, no cuticle trim, one coat of clear polish only.....NOTHING! And I was out in my car by 1:30. I have been getting mani pedis for 20+ years and never have I had an experience as lack lustre and unsatisfying as this. Definitely will not return

Waited at the front counter with my son for two minutes. Making eye contact with two of the staff then the third came up to tell us they were closed. My experience was short but first impressions last for a long time. Drove to First Choice in Carleton Place and it felt like we were in and out in 2 minutes; satisfied.

I moved to the area about 3 months ago and I wish I had read the reviews before switching my prescriptions (3) to this pharmacy. I’ve made 3 attempts to change my address, unsuccessfully. I saw a new doctor about a month ago who faxed in a prescription and I got a call from the staff because what was prescribed wasn’t available. They told me the doctor wouldn’t change it because it had been too long since I was there. I was very confused by this as I had seen the doctor that morning. Turns out they called a doctor I had seen a few years ago, in another province, rather than the one who had faxed in the prescription. Attention to detail is not their forte, and you would think that would be an important trait for people dispensing pharmaceuticals. The staff behind the counter have either been clueless or rude. The last straw for me was having a woman raise her voice and tell me that their standard for prescription renewals is 4 hours, then holding up a bunch of papers and shaking them at me and telling me that all these people were ahead of me. Customer service is definitely not a criteria to work here. My husband brought a new prescription in one day and was told that it would be 4 hours, so not just for renewals. I have switched pharmacies!

Staff is welcoming, on time. A place I can relax one a month. I love the variety of different colors- highly recommend the shalac as it lasts longer/doesn't chip or peel I have brought my 8 year old to have her nails painted with the shalac, color/design lasted atleast 2 weeks. My experience with Fashion Nails 10/10 I am proud to show off my nails!!!! They're absolutely gorgeous 😍

Took our minature golden doodle Benson in for his first time hair cut. We are sooo pleased with the out come. The staff did a awesome job. Our fur baby is so cute and soft. It's not hard to love him even more . Thank you very much for making Benson so super cute. We really appreciate what you have done😁
