I love coming to this shop, all the staff are easy to chat with and the energy there is fun but relaxed. I honestly wouldn't book anywhere else. These ladies are fantastic!

Recently moved to the area and needed a new nail salon. After some research of local options in both Smiths Falls and Perth I chose Lana’s. I went in for a pedicure and came out with a manicure as well. Very impressed with the service and post-Covid protocols in place. Making a last minute/same day appointment was easy. There’s plenty of parking. This will definitely be my new go-to for manicures and pedicures.

Since moving to this location I am pleased with this staff. Everyone is very helpful.

I highly reccomend this Rexall location - best place to get prescriptions. The pharamcy staff are incredily friendly, kind and supportive. The Rexall app is VERY handy for submitting and tracking prescriptions. There have been times where I submit a prescription and it's ready for pick up after my 20 minute drive to town. It's easy to schedule a time you'd like them to be ready for, easy to renew prescriptions, and maintains a list of your prescriptions (very handy to take to doctor's appointments). So far two of my family members have switched to this pharmacy and have been very impressed with their service!

I’ve been getting gel and acrylic nails done for about 15 years and this was the worst set I’ve EVERRR gotten done. I was looking for a new place since I moved to smiths falls a few months ago. Half my nails peeled within an hour. I went back the next day to get them redone, no apology or nothing? Simply asked ME what I did?? I initially asked for black and red stiletto shape for Halloween - he did my nails navy blue on the redo. I didn’t notice because my hands were through a plastic wall while they were worked on . Terrible job, terrible customer service, run down interior. I see why there were no customers either time I went. Avoid. I’ll be driving to the city next week to get them removed and redone. Waste of $70. First 2 photos are my hands 3 hours after I visited rosies. The 3rd photo was the next day after they “fixed” my nails. Wrong colour and still bubbling.

Lot of variety of perfumes, nice and polite staff. Neat & clean store.

Couldn't ask for better service. Very friendly, and professional nurse who comes to your home to do foot care and rebook your appointments as needed. Top quality service.
