I have been a hairdresser for over 35 years, over these years I have visited CosmoProf in North Bay for all my hair and beauty supply. Dawn the manager has been my saving grace throughout all of these years.. she is kind, thoughtful, helpful and very educated/experienced professional in what she does.. Dawn has given me a lot of advice over the years and I am so thankful that she is always there to help.

Amazing friendly service.

Visiting from another town from Ontario. Pedicure not so good. just rushing through and want to use the scalper to rush the work which is not good for our feet.Not speaking english does not bother me but sneakiness does. On website and facebook is $ 40 dollars, when we came in (3 of us prior appointment)on the price list is $ 42 dollars.Owner or manager that she claims she is because of covid prices went up and she does not know how to changes on face book or website. If you pay cash is $42 and when to come paying they said is $47 with tax.

Loved the toner on my hair and was cheap.

This place was mediocre until I was serviced by the manager’s wife (Chao) Now I’m never coming back. She was watching something on her phone the entire time and was constantly distracted from doing my nails. She tried to hide the phone and pretend she was just looking down. She reused previously used tools of another guest to do my manicure (not sanitized). She was rude, kept walking away to service other guests without even notifying me. When I confronted her at the end, after paying for the service I received, she said I was “too picky”. Called the manager and he just defended Chao because she is his wife. Messy, the way they run this business.

Asked for claws, they gave me claws. Excellent customer service. Will definitely come back!
