I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and Kathy did my nails. She did a great job. I love them!!!

Lela is fabulous!!!!! She takes her time and ensures my nails are nothing but perfect! Lynda To Madeline, the criticism is your loss. We all need to understand that professionals in the service industry have to ensure that their schedules are full, and there is Nothing wrong with ensuring you would make your appointment!!! Finally please check yourself ...and find some human kindness.

Everyone that works there is a professional at what they do. I've seen some techs come and go but the quality NEVER falters. I can't get my nails done anywhere else because nothing compares to the perfectness of the finished product. They will give u what u want EVERY TIME no matter who does your nails. They have bubbly happy service that makes u feel welcome and offer a complimentary water bottle too. It's upstairs and a little on the pricey side but its still all worth it. Its 100% perfect quality every time.

They worked better on my daughter's but I'll give them another try.

There are three women in there who do not know how to do my nails I’ve had a problem with them every time you sit down if You are unaware of the women that don’t know what they’re doing they’re gonna try to put you with them. When you become aware then they know you have to use one of the two people who are proficient- I thought. The young male actually does a good job. I have not had problems With his work but the dip that was done last night is absolutely atrocious it’s over my nail beds the shape is wonky And uneven on over half of my nails they look horrible absolutely horrible. I have went here for sometime just not wanting to have to find a new place but now I absolutely will not at all please now I see why they have 3.8 stars. I certainly wish I could put a picture on here. You would be able to see what I say is factual. I am so disgusted by these tomorrow I’m going to have to Pay to have them soaked off and a new set put on.
