Honestly, I’m impressed! I got a basic pedicure (wasn’t offered any options) but it was quick and I like that since I like being in and out of nail salons. The ladies working there are very sweet. I love my pedicure and I’ll be returning! $30 for a pedicure isn’t too bad either

Wildly unprofessional, rude employees

I’ve been going with Aiai now for almost a year to get my nails done and i couldn’t be anymore happy with the way they always come out! I show her pictures and she does them exactly like it. Everyone at Ms. Tang’s is so nice and welcoming. I always have good conversations with Aiai while there. Makes it feel super comfortable :) I’ll always be going back to Aiai to get my nails done.

What a positive experience! The ambiance was very relaxing and the pedicure was outstanding. Tracy was very professional while at the same time was very friendly. Her work was very thorough and included an awesome massage, including with stones. What a welcome addition to the Orcutt community! I will be back, for sure.

The woman that did my nails was fairly nice. However, I paid $60 for nails that are not the same length throughout and they’re so crooked it’s not even funny. I left that shop crying my eyes out. Probably the worst acrylic nails I’ve ever received in my life. The woman rushed the entire job, the ends are REALLY bad. And when I made it clear that they were crooked she said they weren’t done and made them even WORSE! If i could post a picture i would just so yall could see im not exaggerating! I refused to tip her for the bad job she did and she was visibly upset. My husband however got a gel manicure and it was absolutely perfect! Don’t recommend getting your acrylics done there though.

Friendly place. I had a manicure and pedicure. They offered me boxes to choose from for my pedicure boxes containing different treatments for the pedicure had never seen that before. Overall it was nice

You need to make an appointment. The place is clean and they do a nice job.The prices are reasonable. I've been there many times and will continue to go back. They are super busy professional and consistent with their work. I gave them a 4 because the manicurist took a long time to polish my toenails. The end result was very nice. Definitely recommend it! All there customers walk out happy.

I'll start by saying I've been a die hard Japanese softgel user for YEARS. I generally see the same nail tech for years at a time and was very comfortable and well versed in the soft gel products my previous nail tech used. Sadly she went out of biz and with a recent move to LBC I was excited to try this high rated nail spot.... however when I showed up for my appt with grown out soft gel on my nails you would've thought I had personally insulted Donnie's mother or something. She looked at my nails in a disgusted manner and accused me of having hard gel on my nails. I told her that I was adamant about my previous nail artist never using hard gel on my nails because it really messes them up. She berated me for showing up with anything on my nails and told me that she had a severe allergy which was clearly listed on her website. I never saw any such mention of any such allergy. However, I did not have any hard gel acrylic or dip powder on my nails so I figured I would be fine to come in. After about 10 minutes back-and-forth trying to convince her that I knew what I was talking about she basically concluded that we wouldn't be doing a service. I was very frustrated after waiting almost a month for this appointment and then to be treated so rudely and shown out so quickly, I'm really shocked that this woman is still in business. It's a shame that people with greater talents and much better customer service skills are no longer in business but this wacko is still getting steady clients. Nail art lovers beware-they are not so nice at hey nice nails.

Appointments highly recommend, walk ins welcome on a slow day. Great service and quality. Very affordable pieces.
