Felt Like My Time Was Wasted Purposely, I Simply Asked For This Design With A Shorter Length. The Nail Tech Spoke NO ENGLISH Which Isnt Terrible But Annoying. Chose The SQUAREST nail tip to attempt coffin shape, while the COFFIN nail tips sat beside me the whole time.. The Receptionist Name Rosa Mentioned If I Didn’t Like The Work To visit another salon, an I Walked Out With Glued Tips. Thank you for a terrible experience!

I did acrylic nail removal and a new set of acrylics. My old acrylics were removed in such a way that it damaged all my nails and now they hurt under my new acrylic set.

I really wanted to give them a shot but as soon as I stepped in I saw that they had cockroaches everywhere and it was incredibly unhygienic.

Tiffany was absolutely amazing. My lashes are beautiful. I got the cat eye volume lashes and I love them. They are lightweight so I can’t even feel them which is VERY important! She also waxed my eyebrows and I love them too! I highly recommend going to Waterfall Nail Spa and having Tiffany do your lashes!!!🥰

They were kind and accommodating to me when I had a pedicure on a wheelchair.

I decided to get my nails done during my lunch time (90 minutes), I called to make an appointment for same day they gave me an appointment an hour later, which was perfect. I was worried I wouldn't make it back to work on time but they sat me down as soon as I arrived. Linda did my nails and Laurel did my pedicure. They were both very professional and very welcoming. I explained that I only had an hour and they said they would take "SPECIAL" care of me...they really did! We started at 11:32 and we were all done by 12:20. To top it off, I loved their work! Gel fill and regular pedicure was $65. They both took their time and took good care of me. This was my first time going to their Salon, but I will definitely be back. They gained a new loyal customer today!

Unfortunately I am not able to do Zero star. I had my nails done & eyebrows. This was the worst experience ever! The lady who did my eyebrows or should I say was supposed to do my eyebrows messed them up completely! I noticed she was frantically looking around when I asked if everything was ok . She said she’s looking for eye pencil to fix my eyebrow. I asked for a mirror and this is what I got! One crooked eyebrow and the other with a bald spot. I just wanted to die! The nail on my thumb formed a bubble causing the gel to lift . Never again!
