Made an appointment for a full set of acrylics. Was greeted and seated immediately. My technician was awesome and made sure she wasn't hurting me. I haven't gotten my nails done in years so I don't have much to compare it to. I would return to this location.

They did my daughter's nails perfectly I definitely recommend it :)

Today I got a Gel X full set...I gave a reference photo and the lady who did my nails did a great job...she even tweaked the design so it would be different....

My husband Took my Daughter to have her nails done $54 he paid very simple nails oh well she got them on the weekend by Wednesday 5 already had fallen just a rip off and bad service bad products never going back again

Came is at 3 they close at six I was told they were booked. I asked to schedule to get in first this in the morning they told me they were busy all day tomorrow. I’ve never heard of a nail salon being too busy to get you in. Most usually take walk ins and will get everyone in and out quick. I’ve seen places a lot busier and they still made time. Wasn’t asked what day or time would be good for me or nothing. I felt that was very rude I’d never try to go there again

Just walked in and to get a simple lip wax, two people were just sitting and 1 person getting nails done . And they said they were busy. Look at my me very crazy while I was sitting outside also.

I wanted to take time and thank you Marine and Joanna for great work . This was my first time coming to this salon .You guys took care of my nails and my facial . If you ladies are looking for deep clean you definitely want to visit Joanna . She is doing a great job making sure your face is clean and fresh . Marine was very pleasant and patient with me . Thank you ladies . Definitely coming back again !!

I love coming to Chi's. She's a great communicator and provides great customer service. This is the go to spot for a quick cute well done mani pedi gel. They keep it simple, they have multiple gel colors to choose from. Their prices are average (40) for gel. I have yet to get anything else but I'm always satisfied with my experience here each time. I've had two different roomies that made this their go to spot that introduced Chi and her staff to me. Thank you for always being so accommodating Chi! -Your friendly neighbor :)

The man in the front does my nails and he always keeps the collaboration going he makes suggestions and we come up with something together based off an inspo pic. My acrylics feel like my natural nails and he’s pretty fast. He’s open to feedback and just does a very good job overall.

Jay did an awesome job on my nails today. Wanted something with a fall theme and they came out perfect. I will be returning tomorrow for my pedicure. Close, convenient, quick and affordable. I live Guru Nail bar.
