Worst experience ever!!!! So I went to get my nails done about one month ago for a ball, and they broke 2 hours later, the day I got them done. (It took them almost 3 hours to finish and they were ugly) the next day I went to go show the lady and she offered to give me a new set WHENEVER I WANTED. So I recently went, and called her to make sure so I wouldn’t bring my money with me. Only a $5 tip. When I go in the nail salon and sits me down, and does my nails. When she was almost done she said “that will be $25 dollars”. I started laughing because I thought it was a joke, she wasn’t playing. Long story short she locked me in her nail salon, took my $5 dollars (I didn’t bother leaving) she also touched me (I’m a minor). Once I told her I would call police she opened the door. And I called the police. I hate this place, I’m neverrrrrrr going back. I rather spend $30 dollars more to get better service. P.s there should be an option for zero stars

Came here to get a special pedicure done with gel and other stuff. It was $47, expecting to be nice but after, I wanted them to wax my feet which turn out really bad. The lady burned me with the wax, didnt do it correctly and after all, she left me with wax on my feet. Charged me $82 and a bad wax job done.

I absolutely recommend this place, Jenny did an amazing job! She was very pleasant, friendly, funny, thorough, gentle and attentive. So I have some odd growing nails that grow upwards I had purchased my own acrylic nails that fit best to my nails and would sit better with my nail growth. I had gone to my usual spot next door and they refused to even look at the acrylics I bought and try to place them, I even offered to pay extra. I called Amazing Nail Lounge and they welcomed me and were willing to take a look at the nails and try their best to accommodate me. The end result was amazing and im so happy. My nails look so much better with the curved acrylic place vs the regular default acrylic. I know for sure they stay and won't be lifting my nails more than they already do. I'm so satisfied with the services here. Jenny was sure to pick the best fitting nails, was gentle with the prepping and pampering of my nails. Placed the right amount of coats to really make the colors vibrant even with a matte coat on top. She really took her time to give me the perfect set. I'll be flaunting my nails for my upcoming birthday! Definitely coming here again!

Shame on this place!!! I will never ever come back here! Not enough worker! No one never did ask what I needed or the services I wanted!! 30 and no one said nothin!!

They are great and take the time to listen to what I wanted and did exactly that! My new favorite place I will come to regularly! (My picture is of clear gel dip)

First time here and I absolutely love it! The coconut pedi was amazing. All the staff were so friendly and attentive, had such a great time, and will definitely be back!

I love my girl she always knows what design to do on my nails.. she's very nice and love her work.

I just had a 20 minute back/neck massage under the very capable hands of Jonathan. I went mostly to kill some time during a 6 hour layover, didn't realize how broken I actually was. Left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and smiling. Thanks Jon!

I wouldn't trade high light nails for any place. Good nails, great prices.

So I called ahead of time and asked for an appointment and was told they don't accept appointments. When I arrived at opening they proceeed to see someone before me because "it's there client?" I don't appreciate calling ahead of time to be told not appointments and then someone is prioritized before me Go to quality nails down the street their professional

Good energy. Nice ladies that work there. Calming music and great skill sets. 10/10 would recommend. The eyebrow tech is also VERY good at her craft!!

yesterday was my first time going to Kat's Nails & Spa and let me tell you, it's nail salon ive been to! they take their time which i liked because my nails looked absolutely GORGEOUS after. also they have a huge variety of beautiful colors. i will definitely be coming back

I got a manicure, pedicure, and hair trim. The mani and the pedi were so great! The woman took her time and I felt so wonderful and relaxed when she was done! And the hair trim on my very long hair was great too. Exactly what I asked for. And both ladies were so friendly and nice. It was a great experience.

Loved this place because of the service! Came in and was greeted by a friendly staff! Loved the way she did my nails and how she took her time!!!

The nail service was great! However...UNSAFE. Happy Nails on Chapman at Jamboree in Orange. Sign on door that masks are required. This lady came in with her daughter, entitled as all heck, and refused to put a mask on. They still did her nails and toes, and her daughters, while she complained about everything the whole time. I was using a gift certificate and was in the middle of my pedicure or I would have got up and left. I kept my head turned away from her direction the rest of my time there, and secured my mask, but talk about stressful! Never again!

Great experience every time I come. Doan is just the best!
