I made an appt & they were busy bit they were attentive. I only had to wait a few minutes until Jenny was free. I got a full set gelx nails and Valentine's design and regular pedicure. Jenny did a beautiful job! I was so pleased! She does a great job on her free hand designs. I'm definitely going to come back!

I enjoyed my first time going to Noire Spa. I have been in Riverside for a few years but was having a hard time of finding a nail salon that had adequate service and a good vibe. I received a dip coating French manicure from Diane and my nails looks great. She was very professional and meticulous. I will definitely return for another visit. Update 03/2022 The service at the salon has drastically changed. The nail techs are more concerned with hastily removing gel nail polish or the hardened polish rapidly with a drill or dipping your hands in a bowl of acetone. Both techniques are particularly hazardous and terrible for the health of your nail bed. The quality of the manicures have also declined with the gel nail polish lasting a few days.

I would of gave them 5 stars if the lady that did my fingernails would of cleaned up my nails better. The sides look sloppy, they are not completely filled in, I’m not happy about that. I had to ask her multiple times to fix my nails while she was doing them. Other then that, I love how my toenails came out, I had no issues with my pedicure.

It’s my first time to get my pedicure done. Waste of money. I regret going to this nail salon. Service sucks. The mail person did my feet, ridiculous!!!!! My feet is not clean … it would be better if I did it myself!!!!!! Definitely not going back to this salon!!!!! Service sucks!!!!! They deserved zero rating!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡 I’m not happy with their service!!!!! I wasted my money!!!!

Seriously why can't they figure out a way to average in a ZERO star rating? I went to HI Class Nails to fix a bad mani I got from Tully nails. I got a basic gel mani with a gem on ring fingers. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE decision. One gem lasted 30 minutes one lasted 3 hours. Now one of my nails is starting to peel. I went in to complain (21 hours later) and she asked if I could come back tomorrow because they were busy ( with 2 pedicures) and the owner wasn't there. DON'T DO IT. The place is dirty and outdated. I can't tell you how many times she nicked my cuticles with the Dremel. But since I am trying to be more positive in 2022- if you need something quick and disposable for a dimly lit occasion, this place will work. They aren't busy. No wait.

They are very welcoming and attentive to your service and they work pretty fast and the outcome was amazing..you will be satisfied well worth it💕

I have been here twice and Nina does such a great job! My nails for Halloween/fall are so cute, thank you so much. I'm pretty simple with the style but the shape is fantastic and the stickers add so much personality. I also got another set for Valentine's day and i love it as well!

I wish I could give a higher rating because their customer service was good. Staff was attentive and friendly. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because one of my nails broke in half as soon as I got home. The pedicures here are no good. The guy who did my pedicure didn't push back the cuticle and didn't clip off the dead skin. He didn't get the polish all over my toe nails yet managed to get it all over my cuticles. Then he kept using his own nail to dig into my sidewalls in an attempt to clean them up when he had a small brush with acetone handy. Ended up paying 80 bucks. Trust the bad reviews here. They're telling the truth.

Great service

I absolutely love Hanna and her loyal staff. I have been getting my children's and my nails done here for about 10 yrs now. I will NOT allow anyone else to touch my nails. I go from nubs to long healthy nails in less than 6 months. Hanna is friendly, polite, professional, and has become a great friend. She is very great with her time and her work (passion) for nails is excellent. This establishment is clean, quiet, homey type of feel to it. You can relax and talk, be on your phone, and or enjoy some television. Outstanding, ladies.!
