Front end person on counter did not acknowledge my presence or even greet me for 7 minutes. Only one other person was present in the store looking at frames. Left and went to Walmart where the service was great an eye exam was almost $40 cheaper and the same frames were half the cost.

If I could give the doctors office -5 stars, I would. Terrible service. I came mid September to order lenses. And they promised that the set will arrive within a week. It's mid October now and my lenses didn't arrive. I called and asked why and was told that mistake was made. And someone ordered wrong lenses. They never apologized even though I said I don't have ANY lenses left and I keep wearing a pair over and over. I have worn a daily pair of lenses for two weeks now. Because their office is incapable of delivering on their promises and receptionists don't care if they make mistakes. It's your problem now.
It's not the first time lenses arrive late. But it's the first time it was a month and nothing was done. I will never order here again.

I've been going to Dr. Blain for years and it's always a positive and enjoyable experience (as much as an eye exam can be). I find all the staff very helpful and personable ... and they are current with technology ... no more field vision tests!
