Dr. Pepe and her team are fantastic. When I arrive for appointments, they usually begin almost right away with testing. Beautifully restored church thats always clean with a large selection of frames to choose from. Espresso & sweets are a bonus too!

I cannot believe the negative reviews on Google. Had nothing but an amazing experience while dealing with this store and it's employees. Ravi Sahil helped throughout the entire process and found me the best deal i could possibly ask for (2 pairs for less than $200 each under the Spring Deal) and with my prescription i couldn't be more satisfied. Price, Quality and Customer Service all rank high in my opinion and have already recommended this place to friends and associates. Keep up the good work.

I have been going here now for a few years. Dr. Trivedi is awesome and thorough. I had a cornea corrective surgery and he is always aware of that. Overall great customer experience every time I have been here. I've never had to wait long once being checked in. I've interacted with a few different eye offices and I would recommend this one out of those interactions.

I was really pleased with the optometrist who spent a lot of time with me and discussed the various options for glasses. I was MUCH LESS impressed with the staff. First of all, they paired me with a trainee salesperson and then left her on her own to deal with me. I knew she was a trainee because she had already screwed up once. I get that everyone needs to be trained, but come on -- at least have someone accessible to help her when she needs it. When I came out of the office with my prescription and had made my decision on what I wanted to get, she tried to talk me out of it and into progressives which I had already said I didn't want. She starts trying to tell me how progressives work, even after I said the optometrist had already explained everything to me and I had made my decision. Also, I knew she was a trainee so I was hardly going to trust what she said over the advice of the optometrist!! Then she says she had to discuss what I wanted with the optometrist -- but he was already in with his next appt. So she said she needed to discuss it with the person who's training her -- but she's with another customer. Finally I was so frustrated I just walked out. I won't be back. Lots of other places to go.

Dr. Rossini has manage my eye care for more than 25 years. She is constantly updating to new technology and practices. She insists on stringent sanitation throughout the office. I trust her advice and knowledge completely.

The customer service was poor, the staff is unfriendly, the exam was not as thorough as other doctors I have visited, and they would rather blame the customer for not taking care of their glasses than admitting that the quality of the frame was poor. I have never experienced such disregard for the customer and would never go back.
