This place isn’t professional at all from doctors to staff it better to look for somewhere else even if it’s lil far. I have red eye and pain for 3 weeks all they do is try different eye drop that doesn’t work and here I’m back I regret it that’s why I’m writing this and the big wait is a joke even if you have a appointment Have good day Best thing is pray to the creator rather than the creation

This place is filthy. Seems like they haven't mopped the floors in months. You literally have to force your feet off the ground from the nasty sticky floor. They also have a kids table that doesn't look to be its been sanitized either.

I visited Henry Ford Optim Eyes Ren Cen location on 2/13/23 and was serviced by optician Mela. I was there to fill a prescription for eyeglasses. Mela provided me with commendable service and made me feel like a valued customer. She was patient, kind, and professional as I tried on an abundance of eyeglasses. I was there for quite a while and Mela waited on other customers all while continuing to assist me with making my selection. She let me know which glasses looked nice on me and which glasses did not. She informed me of an eyeglass savings plan and, I bought two pair of glasses. She even worked past closing time to service my needs. Because of Mela’s outstanding service, I recommend this location for anyone looking for optical services. Thank you, Mela, for exceptional service! I appreciate you.
