Relatively new to Hawkesbury. Went to another optical location nearby to have my sunglasses repaired. They said I didn't buy them there, so they couldn't help me! Then went to Iluzion, they greeted me with a smile, said of course we can help you! Sending my son there today to have his glasses repaired, and will continue to give them our business.

Extremely rude and disrespectful receptionist! After calling for 3 days and leaving messages asking for my prescription to be faxed to me, as I was out of town and couldn't come into the office, I was called a liar and told that he couldn't move mountains for just for 1 client! Meanwhile had enough time to play detective next door about how many times I called but couldn't take the time to help out my mother that had broken her glasses.... Completely unprofessional and as now lost ALOT of business from my family and friends! I don't recommend going there, unless you enjoy being disrespected instead of being offered a positive service!
