let me just say I used Laurier optical about 4 years ago need glasses and they submitted the claim for me excellent service. This time 4 years latter they did not want to help with anything. They said they can't submit claims my insurance play said yes they can. Anyways they were no help at all this time I had to do it all my self they could not be bothered. Very poor customer service or help. I can not recommend a place like this to my friends service went down hill. I do not know myself if I want to use them myself or go somewhere else where they are better help and will submit claims. They are good but just do not ask them to submit any flames for you its like its too much trouble for them to help this way. Very very sad help this time.

I had to get a follow up check as requested by St. Luke ER after having chemical splashed in my eye. Called for appt. but they were booked til August. (Called June 12th)
I explained what was needed and she said they could squeeze me in for 11:45 the next day.
Got my check up and some eye drops to go.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Scheduled a regular appointment for August second for a full exam but during the short checkup, they said I showed 20/20 in both eyes so, probably wouldn't need glasses. Just readers....because.....well.....I'm old. LoL
