Best Optometrist ever. Simi Mahil carefully listens, explains and values everyone. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and is knowledgable in her field. I don't write reviews unless they have exceeded expectations, and this is the case. I highly recommend this place for your eye care needs.

The doctor was very friendly and professional. Everything was explained to me in great detail. Would go back and also recommend friends and family.

I thought I'd visit this optician having bought glasses from them before and had pleasant experience with the reception staff. First, the Dr was late in seeing me for about half an hour, he then instilled dilating droplets into my eye with out even telling me what they are or how long they'll last. He just asked look up and started instilling them telling me he's putting droplets while he was doing it. He clinged to the mention of my insurance and asked how much I was qualified for when I said I wasn't sure he has his receptionists call them twice, while I waited, the second time my eye test was done but he didn't give it to me knowing that he can do a retina scan so he can charge the insurance and even me. It is expected that he will want to suck every last cent from me and the insurance but not asking my permission or explaining what the dilating droplets are for and how can they impact my vision until be put them is simply unforgivable, knowing that I'd be driving. He did give me some dark later that goes in the glasses but didn't show me how to use it, it also didn't fit at all in my glasses and made driving home unnecessarily risky. In short, avoid this clinic if possible.

Dr. Poncho is great but front desk is lazy and not up to the mark on follow ups and returning calls.

Best optometrist I've been too. Extremely thorough, well researched, shares new applicable research with you, discusses industry trends and dispels common myths. He answers my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. I value this because I'm getting the best possible eye care. His pricing is fair and his lenses are fantastic. I've had lenses from several places over the years but the quality and clarity of his lenses are well worth it and the only ones I've come to trust. I never feel like his care is a sales pitch nor do I feel pressured into anything. All of his support staff are flexible, friendly and helpful. Dr Bookman and his team are my #1 choice for eye care.

I had a 5pm appointment and showed up at 4:45 and took initial eye pictures. I thought I was getting ahead. Waited until 6pm and still wasn't taken in for my assessment. Waste of time. Staff is not professional at all, they have "high school" conversations and gossip in front of customers. The place was not busy at all. There is not excuse for someone to have to wait almost 2 hours for their exam. Absolutely pathetic.

I had an appointment booked for 10:30, arrived 10:40 and it's now 11:32 and I'm still waiting to see the dr. The Dr's are very knowledgeable but they are always running late. Why book appointments if you can't honor the time. I'm never coming back here.

Dr J has been my optometrist since I moved here in 2000. It has been 17 years. He always makes small talk with me during my examination. The customer service is great! The staff are welcoming and friendly. The office is very clean.

Very good Dr. She is very friendly and professional. She takes time in explaining everything and puts the patient in comfort. She is very passionate about her work. I would sincerely recommend her for your eye exams and more.

ended up wasting my money. Gave me wrong prescription. I bought a new frame and lense with prescription given by him. Saw stuff blurry. Had to pay more to get re tested by some one else and new prescription.

The doctor is very nice and informative. Explains everything that is happening in your eyes, and properly informs you of ways to maintain your eyes and what to do next. Really nice staff.
