Optometrist

I can’t believe that they have such a low ratings. This is by far the best optical store I’ve been to and I’ve been to a few. The warranty is the best and they really stand behind their stuff. The service from all their staff is excellent.

I am here at the store and have been standing on line with one lady in front of me for close to an hour now. There is one senior staff at the desk who is very oblivious of the time and customers waiting and is taking his own time by chatting endlessly to the customer he is serving. It is the last day of their 50% off sale and there is no other staff available to help. Very poor customer service. If not for the 50% off I will not be waiting here. I will certainly not be ringing their "good customer service" bell. This senior gentleman has no respect for other people's time.

I have always had great service. They were especially wonderful when I broke my glasses the week before Christmas and they not only covered it under warranty, but when they discovered my frames were discontinued they replaced my glasses with an complete new set under that warranty, and had them in before the Christmas holidays started. I will never go anywhere else!

Great place, I've been going for years. Both Doctors are knowledgable, thorough and friendly; office staff are helpful and friendly as well. Can't think of a reason I'd consider going anywhere else.

Quick Painless and Very Informative when it came to the transition of glasses to contact lenses. I would recommend friends and family to come here for services.

My past experience has always been very positive. Over the past week, they failed to meet my order for contacts, leaving me to wait 2 weeks in total from start of conversation. Poor response to returning of phone calls. Reception seems to be lacking skills.

DR.Brisson is the best optometrist I've ever had and the people and the office are very welcoming I suffer from social anxiety and panicked attacks and I have any problem when I walk in sure I start to get anxious before I walk in but once I'm there I'm OK because they are wonderful people SO THANK YOU SO MUCH DR .BRISSON AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE IN COBURG AND PORTHOLE

When getting glasses service was good, when going to get an adjustment after was told to wait 20min. Now i know patience is a good thing however at that point as a customer it felt as though. Well we have 600$ of your money so this free service..meh when we can. Retention not as important.

My husband and I had our first appointments today with Dr. Ghor and we were both very satisfied when leaving the office. Dr. Ghor was extremely informative and professional, we both felt very well taken care of in his hands. All of the staff that we encountered at the office were very accommodating and friendly. After having only been to the same eye doctor my whole life, I was a little bit nervous to try out a new doctor, but I am really glad I did. This office provided us with great care and a great experience. :)

Best selection. I thought I would have to go into the city to find the frames I wanted. Nice to see a store that isn’t carrying the same brands as everyone else. Service and selection is by far the best in Collingwood. Xoxo
