No wonder this place has such a bad rating some of the worst service I experienced in my life, sarcasm, fake, impatient, they should get new staff. They had good sales though would have purchased there if it wasn't for the service.

Very disappointed with the service. Went for an eye exam and also wanted contact lenses. They are pricey. Ended up paying 130$. I wasn t comfortable with the prescription and saw a bit blurry with one eye so i called to take another appointment to hopefully solve the issue but was told that i will have to pay another 40 $ for the appointment! Not to mention that when i went there to get my contact lenses samples i had to remind the guy that works there that he is suppose to verify the lenses once i put them on right there like they told me before. Professionalism? So i went to another clinic where it not only cost me 75 for another entire eye exam with contact lenses but i got a different prescription that feels accurate and comfortable.

Côté optométrie, c'est un endroit formidable avec des professionnels qualifiés et attentionnés. Pour la santé de vos yeux, vous ne serez pas déçus. Côté vente de lunettes, j'ai déjà demandé de changer d'opticien car il n'était pas du tout à l'écoute de mes besoins, mais la jeune opticienne qui m'a été attribuée par la suite était hors pair, serviable et à l'écoute. Lunettes peut-être plus cher qu'ailleurs. Je ne les ai pas toujours achetées là pour cette raison. Mais belle qualité de lentille.
