Love the selection, glass prescriptions are delivered quickly, I wear progressive and like to have two sets of glasses, the prices are excellent with a reduction when ordering more than one pair.

Dr Jon Barnes is an exceptional optometrist! My husband and I have been seeing him for 10 years now. He has given us excellent eye care over all these years, and has helped us both with different and serious eye complications. He is conscientious and thorough, an excellent listener, who never rushes his patients, but instead encourages questions. He explains issues carefully and provides excellent follow-up. Jan, his receptionist and assistant, is equally professional, competent, and helpful. She deals with everyone in the same positive, friendly, and helpful way. Both Dr. Barnes and Jan offer excellent advice on the choice of glasses and lenses from their wide selection of styles. They make an excellent team and we are thankful to have them right in Stouffville!

Today I went to Mount Joy Eye Care at 3.45 p.m because my daughter had an appointment at 4.Today morning they phoned me and reminded me that the appointment is at 4. When I went there the boy who was there in the reception seat was with another call so I sat there for more than 10 minutes and I also didn't want to disturb him as I felt that he was doing an interview over the phone.Then a lady came with 2 kids and she was standing at the desk and after the boy was done with the call, he asked for the lady's Health card and then ours. But they took that lady before us saying they have the appointment at 4 and said ours is at 5.Then another lady receptionist came and asked for the health card again. I was really disappointed about what happened today. I had to cancel my appointment. Is this how you treat the customers?I even went with my mom who is 89 years.

Dr Walji has been my Optometrist since the early 90's. He's never been late. His eye exams have always been thorough, and he always makes sure that I'm fully aware of the health of my eyes. Roughly 10 years ago I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes, and it was Dr Walji that alerted me to have extensive blood work done because he was seeing changes in my eyes that suggested possible Diabetes. While my family Dr completely missed this, he didn't, and he even went as far to call my family Dr with his concerns. I cannot say enough about him. I drive an hour to see him because he's been the best Dr I've ever experienced.

Dr. Trinh was great, he listened carefully and checked thoroughly through the eye examination, he was clear and very helpful. Staff in the front were nice and efficient. Facility was well lit and clean.

Best customer service...hands down! Wonderful selection of glasses. The staff working here are extremely professional and honest. You won’t regret walking in!

Excellent optometrist and knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to help you out. Decent selection of frames and at fair prices. They also have child frames available. My family and I go every other year or so.

Located around markville mall .Dr jiang has almost 20yrs experience. She is very friendly and professional. She takes care of our family for many years, and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Geer has been my family's optometrist from the very start. She is simply the very best there is. So much so, that even though I live in Etobicoke and work downtown, when she moved her practice to Markham it was an easy decision for my wife and I to decide to make the trip there.

Went to reception and told the girls there that I have a sharp pain in my left eye and I am have trouble seeing. Reception tells me all appointments are booked. She told me to book an appointment for tomorrow. I tried to explained to her I am an existing patient and I had this before. Reception kept telling me appointment is full. So I went to hospital emergency room instead.

Simply the best! I drive in from Etobicoke when it's time for contacts and sunglasses. Del is very fair and takes his time.
