Great service and people!

This was my first visit to an optometrist in Chatham. This Optometrist is so nice and respectful. He was very thorough with my eye exam, which I really appreciated. He gave me an eyeglasses prescription and it ended up being exactly precise evidently because I don't remember ever seeing this clearly and sharply with any glasses presciption I've had before, elsewhere. I have astigmatism and it makes it a bit difficult to get the precise prescription. Dr. Oliphant took the time to get the exact axis and measurements and it ended up perfect!! I am so happy!

The building is quite new and nice, however patient care is lacking from the Doctor and staff themselves.

I want ten stars but they only have 5. I went to Walmart Vision Centre in Chatham with my daughter to have her glasses fixed. I had a pair where the arms were bent, so I asked a lady there if she could fix them, even tho I didn't purchase them there. She looked and said that she could try but might break them, well they were no good to me the way they were so I asked her to try & that I would be happy to pay. She (Erin) came back after a few minutes and they were fixed! I am so happy. When I asked how much I owed she said 'no charge!' Now that is customer service to nth degree! Thank you Erin! I will certainly go to Walmart Vision Centre for my next eye exam and glasses. My daughter's glasses were under warranty and she had her's back within minutes as well. They know what they are doing there and have fast, courteous service. TEN stars & I HIGHLY recommend Walmart Vision Centre in Chatham, Ontario

I always had a good rapor with Hakim in Chatham for almost 16 years. Gave references. So thousands of $ spent there throughout yrs from me and referrals..up until last week. I finally went in after all the issues in particular Hakim to address my glasses . I received no kind of help or remedy with my almost $600 glasses that I cannot wear. I will make sure to tell my issue to all those who I referred to...and many more. I was greiving and Hakim knows why. My friend time was more important than a pair of glasses that they won't help me with .

Dr. Schiefer and his staff in Leamington got me in right away when I suffered an eye injury. He was extremely professional and seen right away that I had cuts on both eyes. His exam was thorough and after antibiotics I'm doing much better. I was also fitted with contact lenses here a few months ago, which work great with my round dry eyes. I usually don't fair well with contacts but these work great. When my husband releases next year from the military and needs to re choose all his doctors he knows who his eye doctor will be. Thank you!
