My husband went with a prescription from an exam he did at some other place and it turned out the prescription was wrong and he was getting migraines. They were really kind to redo the exam for him at no extra cost and helped him solve the issue by changing the formula. We loved the service, I am sure coming back for mine.

Very good experience with Dr Rim and the lady who did my vision tests and eyes scan on the 15th of may at 14:00, my appointment was scheduled at 13:30 delayed a bit but not a big deal. Dr Rim is very nice and professional, besides she takes time to do all the verifications. Her prescription is more accurate than most prescriptions of doctors I've been seeing my whole life I believe. The lady who did the tests was nice and professional as well. Thank you ladies!

Excellent service with Ursula, she’s so friendly, nice and very professional. She’s very honest about what glasses/sunglasses fits well to your face and she only recommends the best! My girlfriend and I bought 2 sunglasses from her and for sure it won’t be our last time. If you ever need glasses or sunglasses go see her she’s the best, I recommend her 100%.

Selection was ok. Price for my lens were very expensive compared to elsewhere. I went there during their 30-70% promotion. The 70% off frames were very undesirable. All other frames were 30%off. The service was poor.

Very impressed with the service I received from the young blonde girl who was working there today. Got a good deal on my glasses and she was very honest and candid, which I look for and really appreciate in a salesman

Wrote a review last year about the bad service here. A Year later and I would like to update that review to add that these are the worst lenses I've ever had in 18 years of wearing glasses. They do not clean easily at all, and are forever smudged. Will not come back, would not recommend.
