Honestly, this is some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. Maybe they know they don't need to provide quality service because they are in the path, but customers should be at least be greeted when they enter the store. It doesn't seem like they value people's business or potential business and treat you like you are a bother and like you are interrupting their conversations behind the desk. All this even after spending over $500 on a pair of glasses.

This is the best place I have been to for an eye examination in Toronto. Booking an appointment was simple and the staff was helpful by sending an email and phone call reminder when the appointment was approaching. The staff are very friendly and helpful and are willing to take time to answer questions. The equipment used for the examination was modern and clean and the optometrist was very thorough. Once the exam was completed, the staff was very helpful in assisting me with picking prescription glasses. The glasses that were purchased arrived at a reasonable time and they were as ordered. I will definitely be going back here for future examinations and I would recommend it to others as well.

Fantastic group. Practical and quick to offer options that are best for me, even if it means I'm spending less money there.

I have been seeing Dr. Koo for years and have always received great service and advice. I even purchased a pair of cost effective glasses here. It's a little tricky to find in the PATH. He also works out of the Toronto College Park location.

This well managed store deserves a six star! They have very good selection of frames (compared to peers around Bay St). The staffs know their job, and are very nice. Dr Koo is amazing — his friendly and adorable personality makes your eye exam a pleasure; beyond that, I am deeply impressed by his level of experience! My prescription is a very wierd one. This is the third optometrist that I tried and one that finally worked.
