I went to buy my safety glasses. The staff was friendly and well educated about their products. Got good deal on frame and lenses. Nice looking store. Will recommend to others for sure.

Dr Pallen is an efficient and effective optometrist who is invested in his patients receiving the best possible eye care. His patients are so happy with the service they receive that they book their appointments months in advance as opposed to travelling to larger and less personal Optometrist offices. I have never had a negative experience and will continue to see dr Pallen as long as I am able.

So grateful for the immediate care given to me today. The staff was so nice and affirming. Thank you!

I’ve been going to Dr Marini since the 5th grade- nearly 25 years. My brother has been seeing him for 30 years (I think he may have been one of his very first patients). Now as a mom, both of my kids see Dr Marini and Dr Campbell. When it comes to my entire family’s eye health (mom, dad, siblings, kids), the first person we think of contacting is Dr Marini. He’s not just a provider, he’s a friend to us all.

I used to go to Dr. Barnes to get my glasses when I was a kid. He is very nice and friendly and a great eye doctor to go to. I will be going back to him next week 😁

I have always had a good experience at The Optometrists in Smiths Falls. Their prices are extremely reasonable and affordable compared to other optometrists in the city. They cover the warranty and do adjustments/replace nose pads at no extra cost. The staff are helpful and friendly and I would recommend anyone to go there.

This place offers the best service in the area. After a store in Belleville made a mistake, ordering the wrong contacts for mr, and then other stores wanted to do the same mistake, I gave up and went to Eyes n Optic in Trenton. They listened to the problems I had with the last contacts, something that Belleville stores forgot how to do, and both optometrists worked with me to find the perfect fit, always keeping touch to make sure everything is alright. I ended up ordering glasses from them as well, and will definitely shop there again.
