Optometrist

Great place to buy smoking accessories

just moved to the area and needed my eyes checked, so glad I chose this place! such friendly staff and they know what they're doing. I love their selection for glasses as well.

The best place in the bay to get glasses 👓 I will not go anywhere else

Great customer service, very helpfully.

Absolutely Fantastic!

I bought a large frame prescription sunglasses here a few months ago and every time I wear them, I feel a special kind of hate for this place. There are numerous blurry spots in my sight of vision. Their reason is that every large frame has this issue (should have told me that before I purchased them). Their solution is that I move my head instead of my eyes to look around. They offered me an exchange to a smaller frame which was nice but I didn’t like the smaller frames. So no refunds (granted it was over a month and the refund warranty expired). Not sure if this counts as an excuse but I mentioned the blurry spots to them as soon as I wore them for the first time but I was told that it will need getting use to. Unfortunately, I wore them once and didn’t wear them until after a month. $350 and glasses full of blurry spots. (Note that these blurry spots are not corner blurry spots (which are normal).

4th Pair I just acquired my 4th pair of glasses from the Optical Palace and as always very pleased with the service. The Optometrist working Sunday was excellent and I was happy to be able to book an appointment for a Sunday. Service excellent and priced as fair as Costco. Thank you.

Doctor and secretary were amazing! Had to leave work on a Friday with terrible eye pain, no apts available anywhere but this place squeezed me in, and was great at what they did. I believe Mike was my optometrist's name and he was awesome. Talkes for a while listened to everything i had to say, felt like he was a natural therapist lol. Charged me minimal and i really cant thank them enough for it. Definitelt only a few places that care like this place, my normal eye doctor was a 2 week wait for something that would have been very bad if i let it wait! Thanks again

Really recommend buying glasses and contacts from this store, super friendly and helpful staff showed genuine care for customer needs and really helped with concerns and questions. Really appreciate the products and proper customer service provided to me at this Cambridge location.

One of the best experiences I have had getting glasses and an eye exam in a long time. The staff here is very friendly, helpful and always the same people who work there.

Mr. Klassen is extremely honest and very kind. I will always go out of my way to see him, even if there are closer optician's, because I know he will assist me in the best way that he can. He always makes excellent recommendations, and is up to date on the latest glasses trends and technologies. He will always tell you which frames suit your face shape the best.

Happy with the service I received. However the range of glasses they offer in store is very limited
