Optometrist

The optometrist gave me the wrong prescription after the exam, when I ordered new contact lenses with this apparent new prescription I couldn't see well, so I called the office and was greeted by a rude secretary, I just wanted information to see if maybe my eyes needed to adjust, she wouldn't let me speak to the optometrist...I'm taking my business elsewhere, terrible experience.

They canceled my appointment with no given reason, and did not offer another convenient appointment. I cannot recommend as they don't seem to respect their clients!

Very friendly place, first the reception lady such a sweet ♥️, very helpful, give me very clear information, very professional. The ophthalmologist was very knowledgeable, explained my eyes problem very details, he is also very friendly. I am blessed to met those nice helpful people when I have a lot of personal problems. I recommend this place. You need an appointment before go there.

Very nice and welcoming staffs. They’re quick and very kind, customer service is top notch.

If you need your glasses adjusted, the optician is only there one day a week. Not convenient.
