Optometrist

Purchased 2 pairs of glasses here. It took well over a month for the first pair to be prepared and even longer for the second. They kept telling me they would call when they were ready but, never did. I had to call to find out they were ready for both pairs. Customer service is terrible. If I could give them a zero I would.

We were camping when my daughter scratched her eye. Dr. Brian Price and his office staff found time to help us that very day. Probably during his lunch break... He was kind and explained everything to us, even took the time to show me the abrasion in her eye. Big thanks to everyone at the office for easing my worries.

Staff is friendly and professional, optometrist is informative. The office is very appealing and they have a good selection of eyewear on hand.

Visited the shop with my wife and kids and was met by Karen the owner. She really took her time to get us all glasses that fit us well and that were centered around our individual needs and personal style. Great service! Great Prices! Great selection! Would recommend!

One of most races people I've encountered ever!!! If you are a multicultural person, pllz DON'T bother going to this place! Dont waste ur time nor money! The lady was extremely rude and races! Dont be fooled if she sounds nice over the phone! Da moment she sees ur face n that ur a multicultural , she'll treat u really bad! Extremely shocked n disappointed!

I receive top notch service from them and the reason behind the great service is their representative Mary. She is wonderful, she reaches out to me proactively when she knows my contact lens supply is in need of replenishing. She goes out of her way to be pleasant and helpful. Thats why I come back here in spite of having an optometrist at a different location.

The best and most professional eye works place . I strongly recommend optical eye works to everyone . Every single person here is awesome, very kind, meticulous and expert. Ali is a great manager who spend lots of time to explain all details of your prescription. All great staffs do all their best to provide you the excellent services. Dr. Teresa Poon is a great optometrist. Every time I go, she is punctual, professional and provides excellent care. She is very knowledgeable, and explains situations in terms that are understandable to those who aren't in the medical field. The staff are friendly and helpful when selecting glasses, and billing is done directly to insurance. Great clinic if you're looking for a new place to go.
