I have been benefitting from Albert's exclusive eyewear for more than 15 years. I had eyewear tailored in the most exclusive eyewear boutiques in Belgium, the Netherlands and the United States, and nothing compares with Albert's! Did I tell you that this time he tailored my vision glasses and my sunnies (both with progressive and complex prescription) and sent them to me in Iqaluit, and all within 3 weeks! Thank you for such a quality of services and for the high professionalism! Glasses issue fixed Thank you so much New Look for your help with my glasses. I brought in a new prescription and grabbed some bww frames, after about a 2 week wait they were ready... but somerhinf was wrong. Immedietly my vision was strange and my eyes hurt. I was told to come bacl in 2 weeks to make sure my eyes were not just adjusting. They werent and i came back. New look helped me contact my optometrist (different store) and have my eyes relooked at. And it turned out my prescription was wrong! New look quickly and without additinal charge, helped me get my true prescription. Thank you so much! Additonally thank you Jessica for beliving me and my glasses problem and thank you Cassy/Cassie for your quick work and plesant demanor today when i came in to pick up my pair.

my dad just see in his left eye all the sudden and they help him get to the urgent care of the ottawa general hospital to get treatment. The team is really good and I prefer to go there now! the glasses is expensive but its worth it still.

The best optical ever! I visited several opticas and made a lot of quoatariom before choose one, I do recommend them for multiple reasons: 1. I was looking for orange glasses and despite they don't have it at the moment, they looked for me and found me a great frame that was amazingly beautiful! 2. They waited for me after working hours, because I travel from Kanata. 3. They do not trick you!!!! They had a beautiful orange frames in stock, I loved it, but even though those were more expensives that the ones I actually bought, they helped me realize that those were too big for me, and after that they were seeking my taste, my preferences and not actually try to convince me for the expensive ones. They care about the customer!!plus they have the best prices! I fully recommend them!

In need of new glasses I decided to check out Optical on Main Street. Choosing new glasses is always such a chore for me but Irina was very patient as she helped me select my new frames. I was very pleased with the service and felt the prices were very good.

I just went back in here after a year to get my glasses tightened and could not believe the amazing customer service I received for not even making a purchase the guy pulled up a chair for me fixed my glasses then without be even asking offered me another cleaning bottle, cloth, and mini screw AMAZING PLACE WITH AMAZING PEOPLE!! Definitely going to come back here to get my prescription sunglasses!

Dr. Marlatt..... Just the best!

My benefit covers $65 towards an eye exam every two years. After the $65 was taken off I ended up paying $130 for the exam and this included a picture of my eyes. I would have been alright with this if it included the prescription for my contacts as well. Apparently you have to do a separate exam for contacts which cost an additional $45. Even though I had been wearing the same contacts for the passed 14 years and presented the box that has all the details, I had to pay this extra fee. The brand I was currently using has changed and will be discontinued soon (that's what I was told). I'm trying a new brand by the size is a little bigger than what I'm used to. My vision isn't as clear as I want it to be. I will be going back in a week to address this problem. Let's hope they can fix it....
