Optometrist

Brought my father to see this guy. His manners are terrible. Referred to my father as a good boy, so disrespectful. He didn't dialate my diabetic father. Didn't like being observed by me as he did my fathers exam. I would advise you to never book an appointment with this guy he's full of himself and not respectful

The most thorough, knowledgeable, and kind optometrist I know. I have been following Craig Williams for years, and even though I live in Vancouver now and got my laser eye surgery there, I needed to follow up with him to ensure everything was ok, for my own peace of mind. If you're looking for an optometrist, look no further!

My eye test was not done correctly, so the resulting prescription was not what I needed. I received the glasses and assumed the blurriness was because my prescription had changed. I waited it out, thinking it would improve. By the time I was able to return, they said the grace period had run out, that I was stuck with the glasses. Very disappointing customer service. If you want to trust the exam, go elsewhere.

From the moment you walk into Family Vision Clinic you are one of the "Family." Dr. Farrag is concise, professional and knowledgeable. She is truly an asset to this clinic. Jenna (optician) can handle any problem that you can throw at her concerning your glasses. Two truly remarkable and experienced women. There is no other vision clinic I would ever consider going to. 10/10 for this talented team!

Amazing eye doctor with friendly receptionist

Was here this afternoon and a great guy (can't remember his name!! Blond!) helped and my husband out to find him the perfect pair of glasses! He is military and the man made it SO easy to find the perfect pairs based on coverage. We will be back. Place is very welcoming and loved the decorations!

Always busy but usually have all cashes open. Staff not overly helpful. A good place to get propane

We are very plreased with staff service. My mom had her eyglass tamples and the girl fixed it really quick and she did not even charge us. She did it for free for us. I definately recomend this place to everyone.
