Optometrist

Dr. Teresa Poon is a great optometrist. Every time I go, she is punctual, professional and provides excellent care. She is very knowledgeable, and explains situations in terms that are understandable to those who aren't in the medical field. The staff are friendly and helpful when selecting glasses, and billing is done directly to insurance. Great clinic if you're looking for a new place to go.

If you are tired of the big name franchise optical stores and are looking for an eager to please group of professionals, You just have to visit Idol Eyes at Weston Rd and Rutherford and you will look no farther. This store is exceptional at services and offer a great selection of frames for the most discriminating tastes of style. A quick in-store eye exam by the highly professional Dr. Sharma recognized a small adjustment in my prescription which made a world of difference in my sight. I immediately ordered new glasses and contacts at a very cost effective price and great delivery timing. I have now said good bye to the big chain stores and said hello to this entrepreneurial team. High Quality Customer Service with a Personal Touch does make a difference!

I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is. When I see Dr. Krista I know I am in good hands. She is thorough and very knowledgable. Dr. Yoon and her staff offer excellent service. They are knowledgeable, efficient and caring. Dr. Yoon obtains her stock of frames and lenses using local labs and suppliers and the pricing is very competitive. I quickly chose 2 pairs of glasses thanks to their professional advice without being pressured to buy. The overall experience was five star!

Staff where very nice with wonderful attitude with clients. I did saw this lady giving a horrible attitude to the a lovely staff member. Lady was so rude that the nice receptionist was keeping calm she was so profecional. Anyways wonderful staff and good place. The Dr was very nice and profecional. Recommending to my friends and family.

Can say that is a very good clinic!- I meet Dr. Jason Chan there 3 times and now I convinceed he is a very good doctor! He provideed me a professional and excellent eyecare service. She is only about $$. doesn't really care about the patient. I was examined for glasses, after receiving my prescription she insisted on me getting my lenses from her sister. I went to a friend instead & the prescription was not suitable according to the lens maker. I went back to Dr. Woo & the 1st thing she said is I would charge $40.00. after the examination she said that there is nothing wrong with her prescription & pay the $40.00 on your way out. I went to another optometrist & he gave me a new prescription & I'm glad to say things are finally clear. I will not go back to her.
