Optometrist

For a busy mom this was the fastest appointment ive ever had! Came in, didn't have to wait, my daughter got her pre testing done right away and was in to see Dr. Macleod directly after. Shes fast, knows what shes doing and is honest. Shes likeable and personable. Sometimes she seemed a little impatient when trying to solicit a response from my daughter doing her eye exam but I was also getting impatient lol. I would recommend Capital Vision Care for their convenience and customer service.

Most pleasant/informative medical-related experience I've ever had. Courteous staff from start to finish.

Friendly, thorough, and on time -- can't ask for more! I highly recommend Dr. Sakazaki.

Visited Omoto Optometry for the first time last week. I was impressed with the people and the service. Nice to have access to first rate professional care.

I have be a happy customer for over nine years. They always help me find the perfect glass frames! Their dedication to keeping my eyes healthy keep me coming back!!

Allways going above and beyond to make sure the customers happy i cant remember the last time i was delt like that here in calgary far in between. Very good vibe their.

Purchashed a 500.00 pair of Prada glasses got home only to find they had given me a dirty old used Truro case to put them in.I wonder what Prada will think of that.Of course the real Question is who got the brand name Prada case they came with because it wasnt me.I also had my son there ,the staff couldnt find his file. They were very rude and when I left the room they continue this behavior questioning my son as to wether I was even his mother suggesting that I must be his grandmother. To make matters worse when Dr. Mackenzie was finished my sons exam his gave his evaluation in the waiting room .A clear violation of patient confidentiality.Overall a very unpleasent expérience. No I would not recommend this eye care facility to anyone

Awesome staff. They are very helpful and always give great advice.

Great and fast service. I went there to get my glasses repaired and it was done in less than two hours. I was shocked when they called me to tell me it was done.

I liked the eye doctor. The staff was good. Quick & easy

Excellent place to go for an eye exam. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I was in a bind to find a pair of contacts quickly for a wedding I had in a few hours as I was visiting from out of town and lost my pair. Right away, this location helped me with no qualms. Quick, friendly and extremely professional service. Not only did they give me a pair of contacts but a whole pack for my trip free of charge. I definitely recommend this location and when I move to Alberta in a few months it will be my go-to for contacts and glasses!
