Friendly staff, they try to ensure that you are comfortable while running the eye tests. Seem to care about my optic health. Explain things well.

I only had one contact lense left for the day and went to Walmart optical to resupply on my contacts and i jokingly mentioned I had only one lense in my eyes and the kind optomitrist gave me a contact lense for my other eye. It made my day and it was a really wholesome experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Ward for almost 5 years and have been impressed and grateful for her service. The new location in Frisco is stunning and her staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for providing such great service in the mountains!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The ladies in the front answered all of my insurance questions and were easy to work with. Dr. Joe Steiner and his team were very professional but friendly and helpful. Dr. Joe makes sure you are in the right contacts and prescription as well as making you feel like you have different options. The entire staff is great!

Quick, Efficient, Polite Normally when I go to an optometrist appointment, I expect it to take 45 minutes upwards, mostly in the waiting room. But with these guys I was all done in probably 20 minutes. The staff was patient with me as well as helpful and informative. Other than misspelling my name (which was an easy fix), my appointment went perfectly. Highly recommended
