Dr. Kennedy was very nice and informative, and was able to see me in short notice. When I was picking out new frames, Arlene was extremely helpful and assisted me in picking a frame that fit my face, and I loved! She was very friendly without being pushy, and helped us navigate the 2 for 1 Groupon we had.

Doctor Kennedy is AMAZING!!! She has a way with explaining everything in words that I can understand and she made me feel like no question or concern was silly! Shout out to the great staff at Factory Optical too!!

Went for my checkup in August and was not pleased. I had expressed my unhappiness with my current glasses which were purchased there 2 years ago. The coatings were failing and my vision was cloudy because of it. When I expressed my concerns to the optometrist his comment was "well your a fussy one". At the end of my appointment I took my prescription with me and went elsewhere to purchase new frames and lenses. Definitely won't be going back. Have already found a new optometrist. I have been wearing glasses for upwards of 40 years and I have never had a problem like that. I paid a good deal of money for extremely poor quality and unprofessional service. Definitely not interested in keeping me as a customer - I had been a patient for over 10 years. Lesson learned.

October 7th 2021, I had an appointment with Dr, C. Strelioff with FYi doctors, it was very thorough and I learned many new things about my eyes, thank you for that. I will faithfully do my exercises and take my "Vitalux", the news I was given yesterday was a shocker but I shall deal with it. Liz who assisted me was very helpful also, thank you Liz! When my new glasses come in, I would like to be assisted by her again.

Very professional group . I was quite nervous on the day of my surgery but I must say that the whole process was flawless and the calm , relaxing nature of the team , including the surgeon , helped alleviate any and all feelings of trepidation . At the end of it , the surgery is something I would do again in a heartbeat and have recommended it to many of my friends . As a lifelong wearer of glasses , the freedom I now feel without them is beyond description . Kudos to Lasik !! PS , the cookies are great too !

Extremely talented optometrist. You cannot find a more qualified and talented clinic in the city. Staff are personable and Dr. Elash takes the time to clearly explain all the parts of the exam. Highly reccomended.
