I was not given a strong enough prescription because I wore a fellow near-sighter's glasses and for my left eye everything was much clearer than with my own lenses... Had I not tried those lenses I never would have known seeing better was even possible. Their 'inexpensive' frames would be more accurately phrased as "cheap" frames as in not worth buying. If you can't get the medium-priced frames/ones that are never free then just save up. When mine broke they fixed them for free on the same day! Great customer service. They broke again shortly afterwards. (I don't recall whether I asked them if they'd fix them for free again - however I'm assuming they would so long as it's a typical/reasonable fix because if they don't my rating would go down a star [Maybe someone else can clarify since I lost my glasses and therefore {since I am also too poor atm} cannot buy a new pair of glasses.], but based on the overall experience I had I assume the best with them.

Dr Kennedy is great, she is very thorough and friendly! Very up to date equipment and technology. Friendly staff, nice waiting room. The staff are gentle and take their time with you. They also give you some stellar sunglasses when you leave if you get the eye drops. I recommend this place and their services.

I recently went to factory optical to purchase some new glasses. The girls took my prescription and showed me and my wife all of my options. I was amazed at there level of care and attention. The professionalism the staff displays is something to be applauded. As a business person myself I know how hard it can be to build an environment where staff can flourish. The management at factory optical stonebridge oubviously knows their business. And has the friendliest most helpful staff I have seen in a very very long time.

I won't buy glasses anywhere else! The people here are so personable and knowledgeable that you feel comfortable and confident from the start. They made sure I had exactly what I wanted for the best possible price. The follow up was excellent and they went above and beyond to help keep my glasses working for me.

Would highly recommend Dr. Finch and her staff are fantastic, took my daughter in for her first appointment at 8 months old and she had a reaction they were very helpful, calm and genuinely concerned for her health very professional and fast you can also book online for your appointment very convenient.

i want to contact at vision center but one of female on phone straight away transfer my call before i finished it up. it seems really rude to me. i want to ask something else and she transfer me three times in raw. if u walmart guys dnt want to answer than why the hell you show your number online. be show some respect to your client or customer because if they are there than and than only you are there. i still didnt get my answer. ridiculous i mean really ridiculous service that i had been ever seen

Went to see Dr. Weninger for regular eye exams. He gave sufficient time to listen to me, and explained everything very clearly about my eyes. I am VERY happy about the appointment. Wonderful person!
