Terrible service! Rude secretary! Terrible prononciation! Doesn't answer call and when they do they make you call back later!

I came here based on positive web reviews 2 years ago and I can see why! Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Dr Heeney helped me transition to a new type of contact lenses (Duette) and was very thorough and helpful throughout the whole process! I've been for checkups with Dr Mann and Dr Melville and have had great experiences with them too. Definitely my go-to optometry!

I've been a patient here for years and continue to receive one of the best customer service experiences ever. The staff are always cheerful and helpful, even providing help above and beyond.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sandra Solano for many, many years and I am very HAPPY that I met her and she became my regular Optometrist. In those many years, I found her to be very personable, very friendly, very professional and dedicated to her patients or clients. One thing that struck me every time I had an appointment with her was her selfless attention and dedication to me. I noticed that she was NOT RUSHING, she spends a lot of time addressing my problems or issues to my complete satisfaction. She explains all the details and I would leave her clinic after my visit with PEACE OF MIND, SATISFACTION, HAPPINESS AND JOY. Another thing that struck me also was she was always ON-TIME with my appointment. I don't have to wait unlike in other medical clinics. I will not hesitate to vouch for her integrity, commitment, dedication and compassion to her patients or clients. More POWER to you, DR. SANDRA SOLANO AND KEEP IT UP.

I love my new glasses! I had great service and the quality of my glasses is excellent. So much better than LensCrafters in every way. I read the one bad review and the person thought he was snobby and patronizing. Honestly I think this guy does good work and he is proud of it. He sets high standards for himself and meets them and so his attitude was a plus for me because he is trying and promoting his products. His stuff is better than other places and he knows it. Also feels good to support local business

This is the worst place to go the Dr. gives you what he wants and not what you need. Wants you to buy 2 pairs of glasses and for 10 years I've had only one pair. Go far, far away from this place. Very arrogant place.

A nice, friendly, detailed Optometrist appointment for $100.

Can I say wow! I just had my eye appt with Dr. Matthew Chen. I have been coming to Optical 38 for my glasses for years and their docs habe been great but Dr. Chen is super, very friendly, professional and gave me a very detailed eye exam and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. I now live a little far from this place but I will keep coming back. I highly recommend it!
