Dr. Holtz was awesome- very friendly. He spent a decent amount of time with me & got to know my concerns. He explained my prescription and the changes since my last eye checkup thoroughly. I very much appreciated my appointment with him. The people at the front desk were terrific as well, and very patient with me, as I'm fairly sensitive to some of the precheckup tests. Probably the best optometrist office I've been to yet, and after being to some real duds, I appreciate the time and care Stonewire gives to their patients.

Dr. Margaret Chen has literally saved my vision! I experience a detached retina in 2019 and unfortunately was left with significant vision challenges from the outcome of the repair. She was referred to me to work on finding prisms to have in my glasses, so I could drive and live comfortably. Without her experience and intervention, I was left with two images overlapping with my sight. Fast forward to 2022, Dr. Chen noticed something different in my eye exam from the previous year. She referred me to a Glaucoma Specialist, Dr. Marianne Edwards, who discovered I had a rare thing called Pigment Dispersion Syndrome causing me to develop Pigmentary Glaucoma. Without Dr. Chen's attention to detail, this would have not been discovered until too late. She has literally changed my life.

A great selection of European style Eyewear! Has a nice open layout that allows you to browse freely and the staff are super nice and great at helping find the perfect frame! The doctor is there 6 days a week for an eye exam and they are open late which is super convenient.

We always come back on this location although there's a lot of optical chain close to us. They used to have the same-day service to get the order of pair eye glasses, and then the next time it took 1 week to get the order, but this time we are not happy, it took 2 weeks!! We even have to call them to follow-up, but before they will send you an email and then they will call you at the same time. The safety glasses that we order was missing a piece of nose pad, and when we asked for it, we are not satisfied with their explanations, the frame itself has some sort of defects, and the service with our complaints is not good at all. This is gonna be our last time to buy at Lenscrafter. But the eye clinic is good and Dr. Cher Tsang is the best doctor though.

I saw Dr Fung yesterday for my dry eyes and she was the best optometrist i've ever seen. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well!!
