Very great customer service. Knowledgeable and helpful, you will not leave disappointed. Spent extra time during my fitting to insure that my vision was much improved. Very satisfied with the recent switch my family has made. Highly recommend compared to any other eyecare center in Airdrie!!

Staff was amazing with my baby for his first eye exam, and friendly as well. Appointment ran on time and they provided everything we needed! Would go back on a heart beat!

I got a new pair of prescription sunglasses from my regular optometrist a couple months ago, and noticed a day or two after picking them up that they were very obviously crooked. Brought them into Lenscrafters at Deerfoot City and had them adjusted perfectly, in a matter of minutes for no cost. I think I will return to this location next time I am in the market for some new frames, and will highly recommend this location to others.

This location is great! The staff are very friendly and professional, they helped me out with the issue I was having with my glasses, they were great with my kids, which was a big plus, cause they were getting bored waiting for me getting my glasses fixed. Chantelle is awesome!

strongly recommend jaffery optical great selections of fashionable designer frames in reasonable prices.lenses are great with warranty without any charge even i broke my frame with my own fault but they replace it without any charge .Dr jana wirringer very knowledgeable her attention to detail and dedication second to none .optician and contact lens practitioner jaff give great professional advice and great customer service .staffs are friendly.i m very impressed with the attention and excellent service provided by jaffery optical braeside.

Don't Shop Here! Go to Lens Crafters & get your glasses in an hour!!! I have always bought my glasses at Lens Crafters, but we thought we'd try Diamond Optical, because we live in Chaparral and wanted to support a local business...we will never make that mistake again!! When we first ordered my son's glasses, it took over 2 weeks to get them! STRIKE ONE! After about 3 weeks, he broke them wrestling with his brother--as boys are wont to do--so we brought them back to Diamond Optical. Their policy on children's glasses is 1 free replacement, so we asked to have them replaced. They agreed and told us they would give us a call when they were in...three weeks went by with no call, so we returned to the store only to find out that they were never ordered! STRIKE TWO! So they re-ordered them and said they would be ready the day after Labour Day (about a week later). Well, they were closed the day after Labour Day and, guess what, the glasses still weren't ready the next day! STRIKE THREE, YOU'RE OUT!!!
