Dr. Bonnie Kwok was incredibly professional, and provided me with a number of options to suit my eyecare needs. She is caring, and not pushy to make sales like some other places can be. The office clean, and was also open during times that were convenient for me even though I often work late. I would definitely recommend her to a friend.

Everyone at Capital Vision Care Riverbend is very lovely to deal with. They are great about letting us know about sales, and are always very friendly. Dr. Shih is a fantastic optometrist.

I went into eye to eye optometry for the first time ever about 8 days ago to look at frames. A young gal approached me and asked if I needed any help. I explained to her what I was looking for, and she showed me some frames. I have a small face and petite frames are better suited for me. Then I had a hard time deciding what to pick. I love that she explained why one of the frames suited me better than the other. That gave me the confidence that I was in the right place. She also helped me pick out frames for sunglasses as well. When I went in to pick up my glasses the two ladies were so helpful and complimented how nice the frames looked on me. My overall experience was super and I know I picked the right place to go. I will definitely be back for all my future needs. Thank you so much!

this was the best experience ive had ever buying glasses. the staff were extremely helpful, Alexis in particular helped me out with my frames, down to the color ,coating and even my benefits plan. all I had to do was stand there. its very obvious that they are indeed in the business of helping you out and making you feel good. there was never an awkward moment, when I asked if they looked nice on me the response was honest and for the betterment of myself. I will always return to see Alexis and her team. I encourage anyone in need of glasses to visit Oxford beyond vision

I am out almost $2000 because I couldn’t get glasses that worked for me. After the third try I was told that the fourth set of lenses would be the last and they don’t do refunds. I felt that this was poor customer service and since they didn’t get it done right the first three times I wasn’t going to waste gas money on a fourth time. Subsequently I drove four hours to my old optometrist and they got it right the first time. He told me that they do refunds, some types(brands) of lenses just don’t work for some people. I was also told by my previous optometrist that refund costs are built into their practice and they do refunds, no problem. Shame on you.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, prices were very fair. They put a rush on my order and made sure I received them before my holidays!

I have to say that Dr. Khan is patient and he takes his job seriously. I have Keratoconus and life is a constant 3d movie for my vision wise. Dr. Khan was willing to work with me and offered me the solutions which were best for my situation. Currently I am trying KeraSoft IC lenses with him and the level of clarity I can achieve with them due to Dr. Khans fitting skills, I am quite impressed. Furthermore, he was the only doctor willing to accommodate me for my various requests i.e. changing the fitting multiple times. People who say that he is pricy, let me remind them that clear vision has no price.
