Clearly Contacts refused to sell me contact lenses as my prescription is more than a year old. I was without glasses or contacts, and stumbled my way over to Eyes, who right away gave me five pairs of contact lenses in my prescription without charging me. Super customer service.

I had my eye exam and lense fitting done here. When they gave me my glasses, I realized about a week in that the screw on my glasses was not inputted correctly and it was sticking out. I brought this to the attention of their staff when I was able to bring it in and they tried to charge me $60 for new frames. No options were given, they accused me of bending the frames...really!? Horrible customer service by both representatives. I will not be coming back to this company. I highly recommend choosing another company and location.

The Bailey Nelson sales team are always so friendly and patient as I try on multiple frames!! Such a tough decision but I love my BNs!

My eyes have been unbearably itchy this spring and I haven't been able to wear my contacts. Went in for a check-up and the optometrist knew exactly what to do. She prescribed an eye drop and after 2 weeks I'm back to my old self again. Ready to get back to hiking this summer.

I made a phone call and then quick drop in visit to this store. I wanted to donate 3 pairs of old glasses towards charity. They were pleasant on the phone and in store and were happy to take them, even though they weren't purchased from them. The store was bright and open and they had 2 associates available for customer service. I would consider for my next pair of glasses. Also accessible location right on Robson street downtown.

Had a great experience at this place. Its in a convenient location right by the skytrain and the staff are very friendly. Dr. Friezen did my exam.. he was very efficient and I did not feel rushed. They have a great selection of designers glasses. They also do direct billing for extended coverage for both eye exams and glasses which was nice as it saved me more time. Will definitely be back again!

Our whole family sees Dr. Foster. I have been very impressed with his approach and his service. He knows the science of it all - is on top of the research and is patient and caring - a wonderful combination. I had an eye issue and he helped me through it assuring me that it was going to be fine (I was scared it was something more serious). He has been excellent with my daughter and I have felt we are in very capable hands for our eye health.
