Optometrist

I want to share my experience I walked in to purchase glasses and sunglasses and Megan work ethic was unbelievable she did everything possible to make it affordable for me so I want to thank her very much for everything she's done for me. I highlyhighly recommended impressive eyewear for your glasses or sunglasses. Thank you.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Classen, and while there had dealings with 3 staff members. All were professional and kind. Dr. Classen was easy to talk to and very reassuring.

Whether I need a little or a lot, decent prices, samples and a vast range of products. I always find myself there when on the island.

Consistently the cheapest gas on Vancouver Island!

Super friendly and fast!!!

Excellent , attentive, caring service. I’m so pleased with my progressive lenses in both pair of glasses that I received on the 2x 1 sale. First time in my experience of buying glasses that I was encouraged to take 5 pair of frames home to get opinions from my family and friends!

Very friendly service, knowledgeable staff!

Contrary to the other posters comment regarding the doctor, I found him to be very polite and informative. The exam was conducted well, and the other staff were very helpful also. Plus they were cheaper and had a much sooner appt then superstore optical.

Used to work here. Great selection of frames and lenses. Lots of frames sales as expensive well known Optical stores but at much lower price. Great sales. Especially early fall. 1/2 price on everything ie. Lenses, frames, coatings etc. Worth checking out. Because it is in Superstore, weekly gift applies and can get points on card.

I wouldn't go to a Doctor that wants you to have his back but won't have yours. Disrespectful people that lie

A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. I had an eye emergency and my Kimberley Optometrist was unavailable. Optometrist, Dr. Whitney Henker, of KOOTENAY FAMILY VISION CARE, in Cranbrook, helped me. K.F.V.C. Optometrists, and their staff, Diedra and Janice, helpful, approachable and encouraging. The positives: great parking available, easy to find, ground floor access. Their space offers privacy and up-to-date diagnostic equipment. The office is modern and clean with good lighting (an easy access, comfortable waiting room). Their varying frames/lens offerings are well displayed with adaptable packages to cater to even the most modest budget. A positive bonus: 'RevolutionPHR', is offered as a client's convenient, secure online portal access to your eye care record. Though I did not meet him, Dr. Don Henker works in this clinic.

The Dr is very precise and really easy to talk to . All the staff are super sweet n helpful.they showed me my ex rays and explained my exam results. They have a huge selection of glasses for prescription plus sunglasses . I definitely recommend this place :) I will be going back .
