Dr. D. Wong-Kamachi was recommended to me and i could not be happier. She is very professional, thorough and friendly. She answered all of my questions and I felt she went out of her way to offer fantastic care.

My daughter and I have been going here for 3 years, this business is second to none in thourough eye exams, customer service, quality products and friendly staff. There is an elevator to the second floor location to provide handicap and mobility challenged access.

Recently had appointments for our family with Dr. Sahota. I was very impressed with how he took time to listen and address all of the concerns and questions we had - didn’t feel rushed. He was excellent and engaging with our younger girls and made them feel comfortable right away. The office staff was warm and welcoming and were fantastic while I was trying to choose a new pair of sunglasses. Thank you!

Friendly and professional staff and doctors

Great experience, both times.

Great product with fantastic service. Lovely sales and lab personnel.

Excellent service - Excellent Price. I shopped for glasses last year and the service here was fantastic and the price was several hundred lower then 4 different stores in Nanaimo that I checked out. Fast forward to this year and I accidentally knelt on the glasses and popped out one of the lenses. I went straight down to the store (on a Saturday, no less) and the owner spent about 20 minutes repairing them. How much did he charge? Nothing. He knows I'm a customer and this fellow looks after his customers. Highly recommended. My second pair will be bought here.

Dr. Singh was super friendly and helpful and I got a best service from Dr. Singh and his staff. I strongly recommend this clinic.

Excellent service and very friendly staff! They got me in quickly and treated my affected eye right away so that I could get back to work. Big thanks to the whole team!

Petreman Optometry is wonderful! Always super friendly customer service, and no long waits before you get in to Dr. Petreman. They have an awesome selection of frames and great prices. I've been a happy customer for 8 years!

Very professional and courteous clinic. The staff are friendly and really know their stuff. I go here and also take my older in laws here. They take a lot of time ensuring your new glasses fit and work for you as intended. They are also very patient with older people and do not rush them in any way. I would totally recommend this clinic for all your eye care needs.
