Staff were very helpful. Even though they didn't have what I was looking for, they stopped what they were doing and helped me look for it.

Dr. M Hall and staff are the best at what they do. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, I've been coming here for over 10 years. Their selection of frames is fantastic and if you bring in your own they can create the lenses in-house in less than an hour. You won't regret getting your eyes checked at Water Street Eyecare - they really do care.

Dr. Jason Ritchie is a kind, caring and professional optometrist. Office staff are responsive and efficient. They have a good selection of frames and work to fit your needs.

I have been going to Water Street Eye Care since I started wearing glasses well over 25 years ago. I can't say enough about everyone who works there - everyone is friendly and helpful. I love that I can get my glasses there - the frames and styles are always current. I highly recommend them!

I purchased a new pair of glasses from this location. This is the first time I have dealt with Loblaw Optical. I met Laura. I had been going through a very rough time and she was amazing. She not only helped me pick my frames along with my son, but she helped me with calming down. She has an amazing personality. She is kind well above her job and I can't tell you how much help she was for me. I am disabled and with my various issues she accomplished so much in helping me get what I wanted for the best price possible. Thanks Laura, you are amazing at your job. You are amazing with people as well. I will always stop in to see you now when I am in the store. Cheers Jan

Dr. Ladota is the best eye doctor. He changed my life! I wanted to start wearing contacts for the first time at the age of 50. My previous eye doc told me to just to get use to bifocals. NOT! Dr. Ladota was patient as it took a while for me to get the hang of it and the right contact lenses. Wearing contact is one the best things I ever did. Now my family comes here. He is great with people and really listens. Highly recommend.

Dr. Matyas is a very great optometrist. You can immediately tell, that she has lots of experience, she is very professional and that she really cares about you. I got my eyes checked a couple of weeks ago. She explains to you every step, and why she is doing it, that's why I felt safe and in good hands. She also has a great selection of glasses. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses and I am super happy with them. I also liked her team a lot. I can highly recommend her!

Dr. Lorentz takes his time with his patients and thoroughly describe his findings. His staff is extremely friendly and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

I've come here for eye care since I was a child. Always good service by a real optometrist. Dr. Zienchuk and his staff are great with kids. They also sell frames. Heads up: free parking is available in the parking lot behind the office. Also, this is a wheelchair accessible building.
