Optometrist

This place I would never recommend,,I bought top of the line supposly,,and since May is when I paid for them and during that time I had my frames damaged,,and lens scratched in a month purchasing them ,,,they don’t call you ,,,they do what they can ,,,waiting today for new lenses,,and no one has called me ,,,I will never buy from this place again ,,,and if anyone ask me where I got my glasses and frames ,,,I will tell them not to buy here ,,,pay big bucks for top of the line ,,,and have to call and keep going back and forth for something else ,,,very disappointed.

Great Dr. but wait times at appointment are sometimes way too long.

A professional and pleasant place. Smiles all around 😊

Got my lazik done here. One of the best health investments I have made

Amazing customer service

Although very busy, you can always get good service. Great selection and great prices

I've been going to this Optometrist since I was 14 yrs old actually seeing John's father in the beginning. They are awesome and funny as ever makes the visit very pleasurable and fun to go. Patty will always go the extra mile as well to help and or save you money.Great place love it will never leave them.

I cannot say much about my experience, went in the get a rendez-vous and was told i could not get my eyes checked unless i have a phone number. First time in a long time that I have heard that a telephone was mandatory in life, since the 90s actualy. I was not offered any other methods of contacts, social media, email. I had been gone from Edmundston for well over a decade. Maybe I was spoiled in bigger cities where we had no wait time compared to a two months wait here and are also further in technology . But I did felt judge on my appearance, maybe business is booming so much that you could be picky on the customer. I just wanted glasses for my eyes, not a date. Anyway I feel like this might be helpful if you are an outsider wanting to set up a new account. Personally I could not trust them with my vision knowing they are not going out of their way for customers, and are that far behind with the internet. I still gave a star for location, the building and decorations. Although, bad people skills has nothing to do with ophthalmology and optometry. Selling a product only has one recipe. Making sure people leave happy, satisfyied...
