Fast, friendly and helpful with lots of selection.

I've been a patient here for 20+ years. The staff are fantastic. Dr. McGaffey is a great guy who cares about his patients. Leslie is the best at helping you pick out frames and getting you the style you need.

Love the selection, glass prescriptions are delivered quickly, I wear progressive and like to have two sets of glasses, the prices are excellent with a reduction when ordering more than one pair.

The reason for the 3 stars was not because the staff. Everyone was friendly when I walked in. Carrie, Emily and Mary were at the front desk and got me checked in. Carrie did my pre exam tests and was very efficient and thorough with a personable demeanor making the tests go smoothly. I didn’t wait very long for Dr. Ullman to do the exam but it seemed like it was short and it not very thorough. After the exam I sat with Eduardo who was very helpful with checking out the glasses. Carrie came back to check on me and see if I needed any help before I left.

Always very happy with this store - Dr. Kaufman is great. Friendly and very good at what he does! Nice to have such a great optometrist close to home.

Clapp Optemetric has great staff who reallly try to make you feel comfortable every step of the way.
