Optometrist

In the fall of 2019 I purchased a pair of «Oakley» framed prescribed sunglasses at Stittsville Optometry. Over the past several months, the lenses began to show stress fractures near the arms which progressed into the area of vision. According to another optical firm, these fractures are likely caused by cutting the lenses too small for the frames. I recently brought this to the attention of Stittsville Optometry. The response was that they are outside the two year warranty period and they are unwilling to compensate or replace. I expected more from reputable companies (S-O and Oakley), feeling that some level of goodwill may have been offered for a $700 pair of glasses which less than three years old require replacement. Going forward, I will give my business to Costco optical.

Visited doctor Austin white and I went to doc for eye pain and discomfort in eyes but he didn't even given any eye drops .instead of giving eye drops he is asking what eye drops you to use for your pain .and he suggested two pairs of glasses for me .one with different site and other one with different site

I've had very plesant experience with Allied Vision Services on my first visit in there. The staff was polite and had enough knowledge to patiently explain what I was asking about. The eye's exam has been done thoroughly and in an explanatory manner. I would recommend them!

Extraordinary doctor, very knowledgeable, skilled, patient and polite. Dr. Li gives me lots of advice on eye health, including diet, eye exercises, activities to avoid, etc. Only problem with the office is that it's hard to find parking.

My son broke my classes right before we were leaving for vacation. Clear Eye was friendly, empathetic and professional. Just a great experience here. Looking forward to coming back.

Excellent team all around. I needed an update to my glasses and Dr. Hershorn did a complete, careful exam, answered all my questions and the glasses he prescribed are perfect. I was also very pleased with the fitting and their willingness to let me change frames. Very good experience from start to finish!
